The webinar was brilliant.
No lengthy introductions and namby-pamby tripe and no messing about (surprise)- yay!  Content -great, lots, well-paced, right stuff, extremely useful.   If anyone in business (new or old) doesn't come away from that with something they can work on or refresh immediately, they don't have a pulse.  iming - spot on.   Flow - great. Slides - great.  Pauses to check in with participants came at right time and for right length of time. Stories all good and about the right number.   Style - sounded assured, credible, knowledgeable, clearly expressed and therefore easily understood, and not afraid to have an opinion.   That said and this is my most telling observation for my own interest - Mark sounded relaxed.
